Have a low price cars.com but charge $1,995 for "Platinum Protection" and $1,595 for a prep fee. Also have a very high doc fee. Very misleading.

We just purchased a used car for our stepson with a limited budget. He lives in Birmingham AL and we live outside Philadelphia PA. Our salesman Lorenzo and his used car manager Johnny Watwood went above and beyond to assist us in making it a nearly flawless purchase. Our first choice in vehicles ended up having a bad transmission with a failure within the the first 24 hours of purchase. They immediately offered a tow truck and loaner car until they could get it figured out. Unfortunately it was going to be too costly to repair so they offered to find us another car or a full refund. Because of their honesty, integrity and high value they clearly place on customer service & satisfaction, we had them find another vehicle which the did swiftly and efficiently. Today he drove off in his new used car with a huge smile on his face! I personally have purchased over 60 vehicle in my lifetime and NEVER had such amazing experience with any dealership. Serra Hyundai clearly make the customer their #1 priority and it shows! I highly recommend this dealer, Lorenzo and Johnny for any automotive purchase new or used. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys you are outstanding!
Manager offered me a deal on Nov 30 via text, but I had not driven a Tucson and wanted to be sure I liked driving it. I drove one the very next day. Told them I like it. I didn’t want crossbars and he tried to make me take them but I’m not paying for what I can’t use. And suddenly the deal changed and I would have to take $500 less for my trade in. He totally took back the offer from two days prior. It was very uncalled for, but guys bully women when it comes to buying a car. It is REAL.
When my air conditioner conked out in July, Serra Hyundai were able to get me an appointment in 24 hours, a full week sooner than 2 other dealers in town. Ty was very nice, helpful, and helped make my experience excellent. They’ve earned my business from here on.
If you’re a woman, good luck. You’re going to get the run around! Get accustomed to being left along with no acknowledgement from the sales team. Being lied to about pricing, features and the quality of the vehicle you look at. My finance numbers changed 3 times yesterday! All cars are way more expensive than the online pricing and they will not honor the online pricing. I bought a 2020 Honda yesterday, the lane assist malfunctioned and the car began to steer itself towards the edge of the street. No matter how hard I pulled to try to correct the steering wheel would not budge. I brought it back to exchange the vehicle under there 3 day “no hassle” return or exchange policy. I’ve been sitting at a pub hight table by myself for 2 hours and no one has yet to help me. I guess they are trying to see if I will just give up and leave. I’ve never in all my 42 years been treated so poorly! Don’t trust a word they tell you!!
I place this negative review with great reluctance but I feel the Sales Service I was provided was actually demeaning. On 04/08/21 I purchased a vehicle for an agreed-upon price of $33,269.00.Three weeks later I received the Bill of Sale by mail indicating my purchase price was actually $33,969.00, a $700 difference in their favor. I contacted the finance manager Matteo and he requested I send him my purchase agreement that I had worked out with Salesman Joel. I sent that and copies of several Emails indicating the same agreed-upon price. I was told they would look into it to see what could be done. Several more follow-up calls yielded virtually no results. Another call to the dealership finally led to a discussion of this issue with a Sales Manager named Nicholas. He expressed regret about the discrepancy and asked me "What it would take to make this go away?". I indicated that since I didn't scrutinize the Bill of Sale adequately there was fault on both sides and we agreed on an even split on the difference of the cost, a $350 remittance would be made to me. Again after a month and several calls to Nicholas, no action was taken. The money was one issue but the unfaithfulness of the sales team was just as disconcerting. I would suggest anyone doing business in this type of environment be very cautious and scrutinize all transactions. It strikes me that this should not have been that major an issue, and they should have reimbursed me the entire amount of $700.00. So to future customers,"BEWARE".
